Rishi, a small correction... thats the iD12v3 you got, not the iDQ12v2.

I heard from JB your setup rocks, and he doesn't say that very easily, so I know its sounding very good. and with the iD12v3, I know you're REALLY enjoying the bass.

Where are the tweeters mounted? Are they in stock locations? How did you do your sound stage for the fronts?

Looks like they're in stock locations. I understand the question, you probably asked because the palio stock tweeter locations are (oddly) pointed away, slightly.

In all the excitement I have lost the breakup sheet. As soon as I get hold of it I will let you guys know. I think JB and Gunbir can easily answer the question.

I am 45% done with installing the ICE in my car (myself) and had a hard time figuring out a good tweeter location in the car. Top of the dash doesn't make it sound great but reasonable. I am badly badly confused whether I should make holes in door pads to accomodate them or mount them in custom fiber glass pods halfway up the A-pillar and fire them towards opposite seat belt mounts.

Please help me guys I need lots of info before I really get down to working on tweeter locations for my car.

It wont be appropriate on my part to comment on whether you can go for the stock location for the tweeters since I didnt have tweeters before my upgrade but they are sounding preety good . Are the tweeters supposed to be pointing at you ?? Just curious!!!

Perfect! That sums up the whole thread.
Good that you chose the ESK'S instead of the DSK's.
Have the same set of speakers, and yes they are GOOD.
