Sanyam I read the whole thread what do you plan to achieve.....do you want to install inverted subs in the boot.....

Pioneers in sealed or ported box will be the best i think. reverse subwoofer enclosures are for the show off.

Ya these reverse mounting style is only for bling bling ......no other benefit here.

Yes... And as far as i know Pioneers doesnt have any baskets for the show off.

the 306 is not having a good basket but the SPL series have got a nice one both the 121 spl and the 3004 spl had some smart bucket......

well, plans are nothing as such.i was just wondering if i could squeeze out something more with what ever i have.. i was just curious to know about reversly mounted subs,and i got my answer 2..

I agree. I mounted my GZMKII sub in the reverse manner yesterday and couldnt find any major difference in the sound.

When the box is very small mounting the woofer reverse can help by increasing the effective box volume (lowering Qtc).
