rocksterraghu,

@(1) I thought you were using your Pioneer EQ for better performance. What happened? By the way, have you tried it? What is the difference in the effect that you mentioned?
Thats true, but the EQ is only to control and tune the Rear, incase i use the Sub out of the EQ, when i am playing a dts audio, i wont get proper effect coz the sub out HU would be blank.

Hi clipto333,

single female and 2 male jacks. you have to connect the sub out from the HU to the female(single jack) and connect the 2 male jack to the amplifier. connect the sub on the 2 channels bridged
True this was what i had done, just wanted to know if it was safe to do so, coz i burnt one amp, but i am not too sure if the coz for burning was the Y connecter.

Well, it's just bad design. In any case, all you need to do is use a Y connector. It will not affect the sound. Use a good quality Y connector though
Sure i will keep that in mind, will let you guys know after the connections are done.

As I already mentioned, you should really reconsider your setup. If you're complaining about the dts audio not being distributed properly, you'd also have to look at how badly your rear and front channels are jumbled up.

Overall, if you want to stick to your current setup, just use a good quality Y-connector and get over it.

P.S: The diagram describing your setup seems to be all over the place. You really need to understand what you're posting and where. You seem to have posted the same things over and over again in all three sections of T-BHP ICE, which is I'm afraid is not a good thing.

I know that, but the diagram in Ask the Guru section is diffrent from what ice what price. And all the three section got diffrent values in this forum, so i put it like that. I went according to the forum sections and rule properly with out jumping any rule i belive. Still if the mods dont like it, they can go ahead n delete it, no problem from my side.

Navin from this i understand that i give the mono sub out of the HU to one channel of the amp and connect the sub to the same channel, is that Right? Thanks, i was always thinking of some thing more complex n dint look into such a simple method. Will the sound be good, n this wont harm the system right?
yes my HU has a single Mono Out for Sub.
Many amps when bridged expect only 1 input (usually Left channel). I assume from your posts your amp does not have this option which surprises me becuase usually when an amp is bridged one channel needs to be inverted and then summed.

Now i get it, i will connect one 2 one n check in both the chennels one by one, later i will also try using Y connector in the input, bridge the output n check. Which ever is better, i will stick to that. I will update here as to which worked better.

Thanks a lot Navin Ji and all others here who took thier time out to solve the issue i had with the ICE.

Team-BHP really Rocks , one of the best site i came across till now.

Jai.
