blue raven.. awesome job
the idea of making the door heavier and giving it tat thud sound has caught my fancy. It actually makes it sound more classy.
Just a few layers of FG with hardener/resin shud do the trick right?

Would rubber gloves suffice ? or is it advisable to go for the industrial ones with cloth ( i think) and are really thick.

Recently i have done FG.You can buy latex gloves (surgical)costs about 150Rs for 50 pair.Use them while laying .You can buy rubber gloves and use them while trimming to protect hand from cuts.
