This is a sweetheart! Just ordered mine as well.

Experts, I'm thinking about installing RaceDynamics ECU in my Swift Zxi. As we all know the stock Swift ECU is not compatible with any of the OBD scan tools (please correct me if I'm wrong) since it uses some custom protocol.

Will I be able to connect my Carputer to RaceDynamics ECU and get the readings on Centrafuse 3.0? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I had bought 3dConnection's mouse for 60$ during a sale from Geeks.com and it's pretty useful for carpc. I also started collecting components for my carpc (in i10).

Even I considered this. But spending 4k+ on something that would be used to control the CarPC seemed a bit too much for me.stupid:

Yes Sir! It was shipped from China.

Any Swift owners there who has coupled their carputer with OBD tools? If yes what is the setup used? In fact I was planning for a carputer and compatibility to OBD scanners is what is pulling me back.

No success with OBD. Zuki is using proprietary protocol. :(

Bad news there :Frustrati I think all these auto makers should stick on to one single protocol. It will be a WIN-WIN situation for the customers and the car makers.

We had many discussions on Swift OBD scanners and no one seems to succeed. Below post may give you some idea about where we are.
