ICE for wagonR

i am planning to ICE my wagonR in phased manner.

my target is to get HU and front comps.
the HU should support usb, direct ipod connection and should allow the use of amp and sub which would be added later on.

my budget is around 12k.
(so wont prefer to buy with bill n warranty)

i dont want to have a very loud sound setup.

please suggest me HU, front comps.
also any other details like speaker location , wiring would really help me.

Other Details:
Songs: old hindi songs, bryan adams, bon jovi, other english popular songs.
current setup: ipod nano, FM using cellphone.
