Looks like good work. You are making full use of your extended trip to hyderabad.

Some how I fail to understand the entire process!!!

May be tonight I have to see it in person to understand it.

Just rummaged through left over hardware at home and found the following

36 Grit sand paper
120 Grit
180 Grit
320 Grit

Now which one do i use as a precursor to adding more FG sheets on completed and dried up ones on the enclosure. Just so that the bond between old and new is well set while applying resin??

MODS : It would be much appreciated if the Thread title is changed to "DIY Fiber Glass Enclosure - NHC "

well i just wanted to mention one thing here, the guys at checkered Flag are into fiber glass enclosures too now, when you guys have time do check it out, i think they now have the exclusivity of being one of say very few or rather the only car decors in Hyd making these custom enclosures here in Hyderabad.

well my apologies for hijacking this thread this way, but this info is worth its weight here i hope.

Great job there buddy. Can you post all the pictures of work done. i am eager to try this before i go to professionals. can i contact you for fiberglass if i dont find it here?
