Congratulations!!. The install looks very good. Neat and clean. Now, please let us know the cost/break-up of the install. I am particularly interested in knowing the cost of the Focal components. Thank you.

Question:What is JUGNI Drive and how does it happenes?
Answer:Bunch of Car & ICE crazy people who join together on a weekend or soo to enjoy their drives, enjoying the latest chart number "Jugni" and "Superchor"from movie "OLLO".Park their car's side by side in the middle of the road, start the song all at one go in all the car on their insanely loud systems, creating an echo of a particular song this creates a havoc as all the cars have same song playing at the same time, forcing people to use their brains on weekend and wonder, what the heck these people are doing..hehehehehehehe..thats what we call "Jugni Drives Crazy"

oye ramie, ramie oye!
poor arpandiv, he was coming for a minor install and you infected the poor fellow with your deadly diseases:
1. Radioactivitis
2. Focalitis
3. LEDinDickkkeyitis

Coming up soon: Junglee drive or whatever you call it! lol!

all in all, a really really great install story that evolved from an average ICE up to quite a high end setup.
the HEAD unit needs a bump up now. i guess Arpan has got the drill now. HEad Unit NAYA maangta!

Hi guys,thanks for the wishes.
I was going to make this post last night only but dozed off, was too tired.Had been camping at the workshop for last 4 days 12 hrs a day !
The install would have been completed in about 2 days but there were 3 other cars getting custom installs!

While speaking to members who have done ICE i realised that my 10K budget for compos and amp is not going to get me what i want (3Bs will come to that later ). So we started off with a good budget in hand and selected stuff at the best rates i could get,but now i feel every single paisa spent is worth it, at the end of the day, the components used dont matter, what matters is that everytime i listen to music in my car, i must be enjoying it!

I never expected my system to be this loud with good SQ and imaging in the car.

My funda to ramie was clear from start as i wanted the 3B's of ICE...Budget/Bass/Bling

Front Components
He guided me to choose any of the following GZ titanium/ EL6.1/ MTX/ Focal/ Morel/ Eclipse blind folded and i wont be dissapointed at all.
Still for my assurance he gave me the flexibility if i dont enjoy the sound of components i can change it to some other brand.
I decided to audition them, i also heard in addition to these brands, Infinity,JBL(608),Rockford Fosgate. I loved the sound of the Focals but i was a bit hesitant because I was told by sources that Focals can become very bright, but ramie assured me that focals are not bright as it has midbass tuning switch + highs tuning switch and since the amp we have used for the combo will give a lot features to tune it to my kind of music. So it was Focals then.
I got what i wanted - BASS in the front door, and the way he fitted the 3"inch spacer ring(Lets not forget its an alto, lol) with flush mounting the tweeters on the door panel creates good acoustics inside the car, with every detail playing to the core.
I am glad i dint take the 4" components route. I would recommend 6.5" components on the alto if the install can be done this way.

Sub
The JBL tube was good, infact i would recommend it to anyone who wants bang for the buck but I wanted something which gives a good kick (sorry at loss of words to explain this).
The subs that i heard were GZ MK2, GZ 12XD-AL,GZ 30SPL Hertz (model number i dont know)and Velocity.
Out of these I felt that at the price-performance point i was looking for, GZ12XD-AL fit the bill.

Rear 6X9s
This was last minute, was not part of the plan, however the JBL 6x9s that i had were secondhand and were well past their prime, so it was decided to change them.

Ok the Price Breakup:
Focal 165VRs Components - 9300/-
Radioactive 12XD-AL - 15990/-
JBL GTO504 - 9990/-
Illusion Audio E963 - 5200/-
Complete 4AWG wiring - 1180/-
3 x RCA Cables - 1450/-
60A Distributor block - 750/-
60A Fuse Block - Free
"0"Gague Grounding - Free
Spacer rings(1pair) - 350/-
Subwoofer Box - 1200/-
Double MDF tray - 1250/-
Labour - 1800/-
Lighting (He's got the best lighting solutions ive ever seen with anyone, loads of stealth lighting options too) - 2000/-
Customizing panels - 2200/-
Total:52,660/-

I was clear in what i wanted and sound factor delivered that, dint have to worry about how the boys were working on the car etc, it was well taken care off and in the end i am a happy man !
