Honda civic CD Player issues

I am having a similar issue as explained in some of the earlier threads about a stuck CD in my Honda Civic CD player (stock and no modifications whatsoever). This is the 2nd time this this happening. It had happened a while back during the warranty period and the Honda Auth Service Centre had replaced it during the warranty period. Now it is outside warranty. While I can gove it to the Honda A.Serv Centre, it would take me a day to go, drop off the Cd player and again go on another day when it is ready. The car would need to go in only for this job as it does not need service for a while. Could anyone please let me know where is the Alpine Authorised Centre in Bangalore? A few of the car accessory shops refused to touch the system as they said only Alpine centre can repair this.

Apologies for the long post but any suggestions welcome. The reading on the display is "CD Mech Error" if one switches to CD. The rest of the system including FM, Aux etc works perfectly.

My Civic CD player has a different issue.
The lights of the buttons are not coming up when I put the park lights on.
Every other thing works fine (HU Display + CD player,Radio etc). AC buttons are lit, but not the HU buttons are illuminated.
Same with select/Reset button for adjusting the Odomoter, Adjusting the Light Illumination button(next to Select/reset button) is illuminated.
Took it to Service @ Honda, they don't have a clue about it.

Edit- As per Honda, the Fuse is not an issue here

Either the lamp/LED that illuminates the buttons has blown (there are 1 or 2 LED / lamps that do the job), or the illumination wire to the HU is loose. Ditto for the other places.

Should be an issue with the lamp/led. Coz the wires were checked properly for any loose contact.
Honda A.S.S is unable to repair it, any good place in BLR to get it repaired ?

In the galli beside Madhu's (Double Road Circle where Langford Road and Mission Road join, below the fly-over), there is an old guy called Salim. He might be able to take it apart and put it back.

Thanks, I shall take the HU in this week to the mentioned person.
Can you be more precise about salim's shop/service centre (I'm well versed with this area)

I din't have had a chance to visit the mentioned person.
Might be in coming week I'll be visiting.
But I need exact location .... @DerAlte any more pointers on the exact address ?
