ICE upgrade for cruze

the 360.2 under certain conditions is known to have hiss. I dont know why. I could not re-create this hiss in the little time I had to play with it. The person who had it prefered it over the 650 only because the 360.2 can be controlled by a palm pilot (a hand held device from Palm Computing).
