Hi
Audiobahn is only available here with a 8v preout and prein
so the choice , do you recommend anything better and where its available

Instead of Audiobahn you can use PXA-H701 with RUX-701 Controller by Alpine...much better option...Though with 9833 you dun need equaliser so much...when you are putting good equipment and speakers.

I know this is academic but i thought fordlover was using a 9855 not a 9833.

As far as the installers are concerned can't think of anyone in Mumbai...though know a couple in Delhi ;-)

The output volatge does not matter that much. You should look for other specs and features in an equaliser like no of channels, flexibility, S/N Ratio etc. etc.

i agree autophil once there are enough volts the rest are not really used all you are doing is turning the gain way down.

mahi, he must be an elvis fan! LOL. just kidding. that is fantastic. 4 12" subs, the MSC Q 5.25 is a 5.25" component in a 6x9 chassis. I'd prefer he get components that are not inside such a chassis.

4 12" subs would need about 1000W RMS between them to really shine. Ihope he is getting the 1300W version of teh Belle not the 600W version. also check that the MC124 does NOT have a foam surround. if it does have a foam surround i'd not recommend this for mumbai/chennai conditions. a rubber surround sub would be better.
