Mr. Thomas from Dindigul TN invented a fully working mini digger/excavator.
As per the video no tax , RTO registration, licence, FC, Insurance is required. It has a 6.5 Hp petrol engine that consumes 1 liter per hour. Most of the part are from JCB and was sourced locally.He incurred just 1lakhs to make this.
