How different are the air suspension setups found in buses from the ones found in say a S Class?

I do know that buses bear more load and to the best of my knowledge do not provide the option of varying the damping settings.

SML has essentially retained faux wood dash board with those dials and three spoked steering wheel from early 90s. In fact, the dash and steering were better looking in those (Swaraj Mazda's) days.

SML Executive Bus seems to be pitted directly with the Force Traveller range which dominates the 12+1 maxicab space.

Most of the Travellers have heavily retrofitted interiors for the tourist taxi market and some of those features seem to be present in the SML offering hence would reduce the additional cost incurred.

However not sure how they compare on engine specifications and cost except that they match in seating capacity.

None of these products are new and are the existing straight lift from existing range.
Isuzu made a huge mpact 5 yrs back with LT134 intercity coach. There were good response as it carried equal ticket price of Volvo as well. But due to poor product reliability and service support most of the buses are now off road. There were some cases of VRL Isuzu running with Ashokleyland engines and Gear box as well.
Company also doesn't made any new announcement as we were hearing about 300hp Intercity coach for a long time. But understand, the project is shelved right now.

The FR1318 was showcased in 2014 Auto Expo as well. Looks no different now.

This is only Emergency Exit and no ventilation. Only Volvo 9400PX had ventilation and Emergency exit both coupled together but even those are not found nowadays as the product itself has almost reached nil sales.
