TM has developed 32" loading span in LPT3118 platform

This is not a fixed chassis and they are modular one.
The chassis(to be told as front Module and rear module) will be positioned in a proper distance when the body is built over them. Remember Cobus 3000 chassis which I posted earlier?

Its not U truck - Its older 4019.
There is no 180 HP in 40T anymore and instead only 230 HP ( Both in U truck and FES )

I don't think so. Extending at the center calls for many critical modifications & is unsafe.
Happened to have a chat with the driver of a new AL UTruck 3518 last day. The vehicle was brand new and had taken only one trip. Here is what he had to say about it..."this new model is very good unlike the earlier one (Newgen cab), the cabin is supported by shock absorbers so its very comfortable, no jerking. the silencer, fuel tank also are new type. no need to change oil upto 40K kms. we are yet to check the mileage."
Here is what i observed inside the cabin...the overall view, seating position, position of steering, gear lever etc found to be good, even though the dashboard (plastic) quality could be improved. The cabin is roomy and also the highest head room among all other competitor make cabins. The music system seems to be really a NANO version! that too screw fitted...no CD only USB! The panel switch could have been better. The instrument cluster is same as one used in normal trucks but steering wheel is different, slightly bigger than the one found on cowl chassis. AL has started using this type steering wheel on Ecomet, Stag and Lynx series also.
Radio / USB Player is a very good solution. With USB becoming cheaper and cheaper, any one can afford them. And then this is the low cost solution. I will give :thumbs up to the designers.

The music system is an after-market addition. The OEM ITE (In-Truck Entertainment ;-) ) according to the U-Truck website looks like this:
The overall build quality on the U-truck doesnt seem to have improved compared to the older new-gen cab trucks. Overall I have always felt its a half hearted effort at making a good cab. The AMW's and MAN's have better made cabs.
Also, were all those swtiches, the radio/usb system within easy reach of the driver??

where did you manage to get this snap.
was this used in sand quarry or mines?
Is this 4-axle tipper sold by ALL as an FBV or is the tipper body added to a tipper chassis??

Is this truck on sale now? Does anyone have any details?
Didn't have a clue about this one.
Not sure about this one, but I'm sure the U3123T 8x4 tipper is on sale now. I remember seeing a couple of them along the NH-47 a few weeks back, employed for the construction work.
