If you are looking for Tata wedge button then it is not available any where in the market. It only comes with the auto dimming IRVM Kit that Tata offers at their showroom.

Probably won't be. Car electrics are all always 12V standard for obvious ease of integration.

That said - if you want - you can create a small harness/pigtail in parallel with the connector of the IRVM (drawing + and GND from the IRVM connector), connect a 12V to 5V USB buck converter to it, and use it to power the dash-cam right there. You can easily tuck it away inside the roof liner for a completely invisible solution.

In fact - I have done similar installation in all my cars, just in the fuse-box area, not from the IRVM. You can look it up, its in the DIY subforum already.
