Only the US car manufacturers have optimized their design for Frunk. Tesla, Rivian, Lucid has motor and inverter in the same plane.

While the Korean and Chinese designs are puting a 3 in 1 to 8 in 1 unit above the motor. (VCU, PDU, onboard AC-DC charger, DC-DC, Motor, inverter, heat pump controller) etc

This allows the chinese versions to lower the cost vs the american stand alone units which frees up space for frunk.

The Indians of Mahindra have waited until these first days of spring to approach with a prototype of the XUV300 that has a surprise.

The Indian firm has waited until these first days of spring in which the activity on the roads near the Arctic Circle is reduced to avoid the dreaded spy photos, a goal that they have clearly not achieved. The XUV300 has been hunted down with so much camouflage that anyone would think this is an entirely new model. And it is, in fact, because this Mahindra is not just another Mahindra, but the new Mahindra eXUV300.

A more distinguished design for a new generation electric car that will be presented next June equipped with a battery with a capacity of 35 kWh, so it will offer a maximum range of between 250 and 300 kilometers. Nothing is known about the electric motor that will be fitted, but Mahindra signed an agreement with Valeo for the latter to supply powertrains with an output of up to 230 hp. Too much for this model but, since it can be adjusted, it will be much lower.
