Is the Background from GTA Vice City??

Umm not really sir , i just googled a random background . I think this is some place in states maybe florida , miami or something . I cannot remember the name right now . I added some amount of blur to it though .

I think i shouldnt have written "some" there . I know it did use a lot of blur there . Aah you clever mind got hold of that word haha . Anyway i admit using the wrong word .

Its South Beach, Miami. That is the place GTA Vice City is Based on.
