Thanks a lot Riju,

I got into a job. I can't access team-bhp from office, and i still don't own a personal laptop. However, i read through all the threads using my mobile GPRS. Not much of posting these days.

No way i'm giving up on cars & photography. Trying to improve gradually over time. :)

Shot using Sony CyberShot DSC W35

Thank you Klub Class. Its a mosquito.

Loved your two pics as well. The first one would be my pick among the two.

EDIT: 1 more macro from my side. Found this guy on the floor. Don't know if its just me, but looked like someone crying over lost love! (You know, like in the movies, where the hero sits near the lake and cries :D)

I'm so lost without you...

Nice shot there, maybe the caption should be " You need a torch, a camera and a slow shutter speed to say I love you " :D .

Mods: Maybe it only looks good to me, please feel free to delete if its not upto the usual (HIGH) standard.

Thanks Ruff Rider! Liked the leopard and the fire filled picture the best. Where did you click the leopard picture?

i clicked it in the jungles of Mudumalai (hope i have spelt it rite)
I was driving and the leopard just crossed the road about 15 feet from my car! i stopped the car and jumped out because sights like these, you dont get to see often. The leoprad crossed the road went in the jungle and stopped to give me this shot and again vanished in the dense jungle.. :)

The fire is from the DIY campfire in the jungle that we had managed with wood from the jungle.

@sj_koova: So clean & green! Lovely pics.
@CrAzY dRiVeR: Nice macro, the caption is fantastic.

I was bit confused which one I would prefer as the best, but gave up. Both are too good. :thumbs up I just imagined that I have a small hut centre of that picture, it was very relaxing.

Now another doubt, I have a D60, but I dont remember noticing any Panorama function in the menus. Is there any short cut or some options ?

Actually it is a good attempt. Pretty creative framing too. It would have been even better if you could have kept the DOF high and kept the whole streak in focus. Tough with phone cam, but with a better camera, it would be possible.

A very nice timely sighting and clicking Ruff Rider. I was once travelling by jeep at night and had sighted a leopard sitting with its poise by the roadside. But I did'nt have a camera and hence could'nt click. It ran away swiftly fearing the Mahindra (CJ 500D) MDI 2350 diesel engine noise.
