Is that Ulsoor lake by any chance? Also, what ISO is the picture taken on?

Yep, I agree that the higher end cameras have a different story when it comes to noise .

Umm, I somehow like the contrast created here between the color and BW, that's why I left it as is and more over that is how I had imagined it to be .

Pawan, please dont cut the subject like that, it looks incomplete. Place it in the frame with a breathing gap to the front of its eyes.

Its hebbal lake around 6am, 18mm, f/2.8 at ISO 200, nothing unusual. Bit of PP could make the sky stand out, but I just left it as close to what I saw in real.

This is what you would get through PP on a boring white sky and dark branches in a similar set up, 50mm, f/2.8, ISO-200, early morning. Not a good shot to talk about, but just an example.

In my case, it was a friend's hand.
Thank You HW! To be frank, many of my friends didn't like that picture.

Nice composition. I liked the selective coloring. It looks awesome HW!

Nice colors and details there. The white seems to be blown and it's a bit distracting for my eyes :(

Thank you CleverMax. I wish i had clicked that one from a distance :(

About your photograph, it looks seriously awesome. As usual 'Ammus' looks very cute. It seems that she is busy with some work!

Beautiful one Pawan. I feel that the picture would have looked more beautiful if you had included the tail region in the pic.

Thanks for the comment. Actually this shot I took was very fast, before she could fly, I wanted to catch her.

I like this. Reminds me of Darsheel. Innocent look on her (?) face.

HW, I missed the earlier shot, good one, not able to make out what flower it is. I think I have the whiter version of the same.

The last one, is it a 1:1 macro of your new hairstyle or something ?

Sorry, I usually don't click a regular photo when I am high on macro drugs . I'll try and remember this thing the next time around.

By the way, it's some weird cactus that I have shot.
