Hi guys, a quick review of Gears-Of-War 2...

The graphics are eye-popping ! However, the first game wasn't that bad either & still holds it's own against most current games if you ask me. Although I kinda like the whole taking-cover thing (it's been cleaned up a lot in GOW2) & left-trigger aiming stuff, I hate the way you chuck grenades. The AI, although not in Halo-3 territory, is quite good...

The graphics & sound are very nice - there's even a semblance of a story-line here-&-there. I wish switching weapons was a tad better, & multi-player on XBox-Live more seamless (again, as in Halo 3).

If you were a fan of the original game, this is a nice sequel - an evolution of its predecessor. More of the same chaos & carnage, only much better looking & sounding.

P.S. - The 'Horde' multi-player match-type is awesome !

Just started playing CoD 5 and its just awesome, for all those who loved CoD4 this is the game to play. There is just no time to chill and take it easy or take your time to go for the kill, its adrenaline pumping action all through. Rating 4.5/5

@Ripper: Have you used the WII?? I am planning to buy a console, but not sure which one. WII is the cheapest between WII, XBOX and PS3. However, not sure about the cost of the games and the actual user experience.

Any thoughts anyone?? I was especially impressed by the real life like action oriented games on WII, but yet to actually play an experience them.

P.S. - Would also like some feedback from Fallout 3 players

Ace Combat all the way !!! My favorite plane is the F4 phantom.
The ravines was the toughest course to crack.

The oil fields the most fun,...blazing guns and blown up oil rigs

Am playing them on the PC, have not really ever got into console playing at all for some reason. CoD5 is very very similar in gameplay to CoD4, and the only problem that I have with it is that it is a very linear playing game. Its not like you can choose how you would like to do a mission, but have to do it the way its mapped in the game. Other than that one grouse its a great game and its action all the way with not a minute of quiet time on it. I would usually prefere more non linear games like GRAW 2 or Rainbow six.

Overall a 4/5. (yeah yeah I gave it 4.5/5 before, but had just started the game but now realise its a very linear playing game).

And yeah waiting for NFS undercover. I am currently playing CoD5 and Hellgate, but still have brother in arms and farcry 2 to go before NFS underground, as well as a graphics card upgrade.

RaceDriver : GRID baby! By far the most fun game i've played. Just make sure to turn off all the assists(if not all, atleast stability control). Also be warned of the steep learning curve, but once you play it past earning a new liscence, there's no turning back

Hi,

I recently completed all the levels of IGI1 that was copied by my son from one of his friend. I loved the game so much that there are times when i have played upto 3 in the morning. Since i loved this game so much, i wanted to play IGI2, and we downloaded the game which is not working (reason - ms32dll not found). Can someone tell me if there is way to make this downloaded version work? If not, from where can i purchase this game and what is the cost?
