All I need is modern warfare 2 on my 360

That's it!

Took the plunge and went the prestige way two days back! Feel crippled without my favourite guns and killstreaks!

Awesome. I saw the Hades boss fight video on U-Tube and I must say, as I was watching it I said to myself - "How the hell am I gonna get past him" (but how cool are those purplish claws). Congratulations on defeating Mr Underworld.

Btw, which difficulty mode are you playing in?

^^ Spartan, didnt even want to try anything higher on my first GOW series.
The fight is tough, no doubt and the worst part is when you think you have finally killed him he re surfaces again.
Also, one needs to be quick on the 4 buttons on the right side (the circle, X, triangle and square) as they need to be pressed as soon as they are shown on the screen. That takes time getting used to.

You should most definitely try the previous 2 series. But then since you have started with GOW 3, the graphics of 1 and 2 might disappoint. But the gameplay ....... best slasher game ever.

So u aware of the entire story as to why Kratos (I like to call him Kaartoos) is so darned mad at everyone ?

Well to be frank, not really. Love the way he expresses his madness though
Spent another 4 hours on GOW3 yesterday, out of that 1.5 hours were spent in this crazy musical thing where you had to press the 4 buttons in the sequence they came on the screen and only when they entered a particular small field. Have managed to kill Hercules and Pandora has also been rescued.

Hear hear. This is what amazed me when I started playing the GOW series. It would have been so simple for the game developers to have Kratos simply kill someone and they would then fade away from the screen. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. He would 1st beat the living daylights out of the hordes of freaks, rip them in 2 halves and then go to work on one of the halves. Mad this one is. I totally love it.

I would suggest you try the other 2 also. Its like a full fledged movie with a mature (well kinda) storyline. Its just all the more entertaining when all that wrath and torture is justified.

This may be a bit out of place in the God Of Wars and Modern Warfare times, but here's a link to the first flash based 100% identical Super Mario Bros. I've ever seen. Damn, the music took me back to the good old cartridge game days. *Nostalgia, sob, sob* =)

Super Mario is a classic in true sense of the word. It was the 1st arcade game I ever played. This game is also responsible for many a thrashings I received from mommy dearest.

My wife is a huge Mario fan. I actually got a playstation disc for her to play different Mario versions. Fun fun fun.

Anku, I belong the DOS generation and grew up on digger and pacman.
Super Mario was a cult game, no ways can ppl like us not love them.

I got my Atari in late 80's and still remember all those cartridge games I used to go crazy about.
Thanks for the link Nostalgia +1

I just finished playing COD: MW2 on my laptop. Super graphics, awesome gameplay. covers land, air, water with different weapons and vehicles and tactics. super stuff.

Eagerly awaiting the third part of MW.

There is an even more interesting part of the game where the same quick sequencing of buttons is required when you meet Aphrodite. However the outcome is not the slasher / gory one...quite interesting to say the least.
