How old is your mac ? I have an old Macbook pro from 2015 and the new OS X el capitan runs very well . I think by default you would 4gb of ram which is enough for any upgrade. Ok one question have faced the issues only 9.0.2 or 9.0 too..?

WhatsApp update 2.12.7, which was released yesterday is extremely painful - iPhone 6 and iOS 9.0.2. Opening messages take for ever and when they open, I can't scroll up or down, screen is frozen. It is so bad that I have not checked messages since yesterday!

4gb is just about there. I've done the research pertaining to my model and the upgrades are required.

Just 9.0.2. It was fine before that.

It's available for $849, contract free which translates into about 55K. So, what are paying nearly 30K extra for! if that ain't daylight robbery, I don't know what is! I'm gonna get myself a 6 Plus 64 GB from Amazon, very soon. The exchange policy with Religare has valued my 2 year old iPhone 5S 32 GB for 17K, which is nice. And, expecting their super sale thingy, which is gonna kick off very soon, I hope I won't have to shell out much from my own pocket. Last I checked, the 6 plus 64 GB variant was going around for 64-66K online. So, if that pricing comes down a bit more, it'll be good!

Yeah, pricing for the 6S and 6S+ models is ridiculous. But, then I thought the same when 6 models released. Customers still lapped it up without batting an eyelid.

So this time also wont be any different

I moved out of Blackberry (Passport) which I was using for more than a decade and got myself a brand new 6+ (64GB) just for 45K a couple of weeks ago. So far enjoying the Apple experience. But, email experience is bad. Blackberry still is undisputable king in that space

Update on Iphone screen replacement:

I've checked both options shared by our friends here. Indiara Nagar one seems quite professional one which deals on refurbished items and exchanges etc. Their charges were 7.5K, but the initial one they replaced was dull and not so good. They assured me a new screen from original phone, if I wait for couple of days. But, as I couldn't wait that much, we visited National Market one, suggested by csnanjappa. Its our standard NAtional market mobile repair cubicle with very fast 1 hour services. They replaced it for ~5K. Happy with the replacement and happy that we didn't go for Apple authorized robbery centre (for 21K). :D
