DNS Error with Facebook!?!

Can you try to open this IP 69.63.184.142 ?

I found this IP to be the IP of facebook US.

Well, wouldn't this in itself require a DNS lookup ?

this might help, go to Run and type the following commands one by one
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
net stop dnscache
net start dnscache
