Yes, but this "detailed info" is not sufficient to calibrate your video display accurately as it will still have minor differences based on your set. You might need some test patterns like below to calibrate it properly using your DVD player for aspect, size etc etc.



Therefore I would use this info with a disclaimer: Record your existing setting first and then try to adjust.
