I guess the iPad 2 is indeed coming out.
I had paid 50 percent advance as the retailer in mangalore didn't have stock, and was supposed to get the iPad today. But i got a call from the retailer yesterday saying that their supplier has informed them that a newer version will be coming on March 3 and hence they will not be sending the old version.
Its finally out with new IOS 4.3.
The OS to be release on Mar 11.

Hope I will be able to use the video mirroring feature on my old iPad too, that's the one big feature in my priorities.

you're not alone mate, I am on the same boat. Bought one in January for wifey and I hardly use it (I bought one to keep wifey occupied while I play games on my PC for long lol:). So, this time I won't whinge.
But yeah planning to JB it and my Iphone pretty soon. Keeping JB in mind I am happy 'cus the new one has OS4.3 hence JB won't be possible for quit a while....
Even if you buy Ipad2 now there's gonna be a new one around in 9-12 months anyway...

For the sole reason of getting rid off all those restrictions that Mr. Jobs have put on ipad. On a non-JB ipad you do what Apple wants you to do. Once you JB it, its all yours just like a PC. You can set theme of your choice, you're not tied up with itunes any more (and pay for crappy apps) and lot more...:)
