Got the 5.0.2 update going on M7 Sprint htc One M7 yesterday. Very smooth update, even saved all the settings. Power usage seems to be about the same or a bit lower.
Is there any way to go back to Kit Kit on Moto G2? I upgraded to Lolipop and hate the white theme.
I have been looking for a widget that would show me today's agenda - Including cal events, task from evernote/any.do/google keep/ missed calls, etc etc.
I think iPhone has something like that. is there something similar available on the playstore?

I bought Redmi Note 4G in the first lot from Flipkart, and have not received the OTA update to MIUI 6. Anything wrong with my phone? I had rooted , then unrooted it. |
I too bought 4G one week back. Android is 4.4.2 and MIUI V5 still. While checking for system updates, it's saying that is the latest available version. Pl ping me if you happen to upgrade 5.0 :)
I miss one useful feature of my earlier samsung android phone. In the contact list, I was able to dial call just by horizontal swiping over the contact list. But in MI, I need to click contact, then navigate to next screen and then click call button :deadhorse

You think this is heavy, check out Samsung's OTAs. Most of them are 1GB+ in size. |
Thanks for explaining it to me. I previously had an S2 and moved to N5. While I liked the S2, the stock Android experience was enough for me without any of the manufacturer's clutter.
Happy that it also saves space for me since I cannot add more memory to my phone. It being light also helps in smooth performance I suppose.

Truecaller has just released an app called Truedialler. You can give it a try. I think that supports swipe dialling.

On my htc One no changes in the front end. Maybe Sense saw to it. Also, battery life seems to be significantly longer.
I an getting an OTA update V50.0 for the MIUI5 on my Redmi1s. Has anybody put it already? I would wait for reviews before updating as there were mixed opinion on previous updates.

found something that kind of meets the requirement.
App 1 : status Agenda.
App 2 : Notification Weather.
this is what the notification screen looks like now -

Did anyone notice after the Lollipop update in Moto G when you call someone even before the call gets connected the call timer starts. The other day my friend didn't pick up my call but the call log displays 18s. This actually screws up my 3rd party app Call Meter 3G. Any solutions?

+1. The call timer starts when the dialer starts ringing. Pl. let me know if you find a fix for this issue.
Hi,
My wife recently lost her Gionee E3 and needs a replacement.
Requirements are fairly basic, a good camera is preferable. Budget is 5-8k. I would have bought Redmi 1s blindly as my father is using it and it seems like a very good phone, but it is not available.
So, recommendations please. I have narrowed it down to Lenovo A6000, Zenfone 4 and 5.

Interesting, this is definitely not the case with my Moto G2 after the lollipop update.
Amazon supposedly had an open sale for the one plus one today but no one I know was able to grab one. It now says invite only.
Does anyone have an invite that they don't need? Cheers.
