I had plans for K6 Power which opens at 12 Noon. Now, with OP3 at 4 PM, am in two minds.
I don't know what to do, may be will lose at both the ends.

See below "Deals on Mid range phones". I suggest you try K6. If OnePlus works out, cancel the K6. They'll anyway not ship in less than 4-5 hours.

Catch is, we don't know how many units are on sale! As I said, it could be just 1 unit and the ad is to capture the eyeballs of users. Once they land on Flipkart and can't manage to get their hands on the product, they also might choose another one. Or some other products leading to some conversion which otherwise may not happen.
Plus, OnePlus may not honour warranty unless you put up a fight - don't think they'll legally be not able to restrict services. Plus, the authenticity of the product since it can only be bought from Amazon right now.
Haha the one plus 3 sale was such a hogwash. I could not even click on "Add to cart" before it went out of stock. It was just a hoax to ensure increased traffic on the website.
Yeah! It was a dud! What all tricks they have up their sleeve. Anyways!
I went ahead with paying for K6 Power at Flipkart. I had also ordered one on COD at 12 Noon(To be cancelled in the event of grabbing OP3).
Strangely, the COD says will be delivered by 21st and for the paid online says will be delivered by 29th.
Why this apart?

Are there any other alternatives to the G4+ now in the same price point/range ?

Check Lenovo K5 note. There are discounts also on FK.
Was planning to buy a tab for better half. Requirement was reasonable screen size to do xl updates, 4G VoLTE connectivity, reasonable speed, and good screen clarity. Shortlisted Micromax Canvas Tab P702. Would like to get feedback on Micromax reliability and after sales support (in Trivandrum or in General).

I've bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (32GB, 3GB RAM, 4000mAh battery) INR 11999) and Asus Zenfone 2 ZE601KL (3GB RAM, 32GB , 3000mAh removable battery ,INR 14999) and happy with both , but do note than I don't play games on them, just for audio/video entertainment and social media besides the usual calls and messages.
The Redmi Note 3 battery particularly lasts several days, mainly because of not using Facebook now and most of the 3G data and hence WhatsApp/Youtube/Twitter use is on the Asus, which too lasts 1-1.5 days.

Also check out the Asus ZenFone 3 Laser, which is 4GB and 32GB, will be available at 14,500 after 10% discount on FK. If I am in the market for below 15k mobiles, I will pick this up. I really like the UI and customization options of Asus.

Redmi3s 2gb variant is not available for quite some time, so what are my other options or should I wait as and when it's back in stock. Other options should be in the range of 7k or thereabouts. Any pointers pls.
