MTNL's broadband did not work me for close to 3 years (2005-07). When it ran, it was fast in those days. But it did not connect half the time, and downtimes sometime ran into days.
When it does not connect, the solution is to call customer care and wait for 10 mins or more to reach the top of the queue.
The thing that really turned me off was the occassional abusive nature of the call centre employees. People in my family have been called incompetent, useless, and other such similar expressions.
Do not know if things have improved since then, but do not care at all. Never going back to MTNL. |
