This is really super duper of Nissan! A big thumb's up!

Hope this sets a good precedence of dealers and manufacturers working together with customers, to resolve serious issues amicably. Am very impressed with Nissan.

Wow! Great decision by Nissan! The respect for the company has gone a good few notches higher.
My best wishes to the owner of the car. Great customer service has saved him (& the co. too) a lot of hassles. Just wish both a great road ahead.

Good to know the issue got resolvedin a customer friendly manner. Great customer service by Nissan, indeed the respect for the company has gone up.

This was much deserved by the OP saved him a lot of harassment. Hats off to Nissan for taking a good decision. The respect for the company indeed got higher. Learning for other car manufacturers too.
