Go with Service Masters - have been going there for the past 4.5 years. Just too good. They are true specialists.

Motocraft Noida it is for me. They are essentially a service shop and do a good job. I have been taking my SX4 there. Rohan takes in too many cars and then make a hash of it.

Where do I go for Motorcraft, If I am at, say the Fortis hospital?

if you are at the road in front of Fortis say, fortis is to your left then motorcraft is on your right. Go straight from Fortis towards the NH24 and take a you turn from the next red light and move to the slip road and go straight till you hit the Sahara Office on your left. Fromthere take a left and then go straight you'll find the board with directions to Motorcraft.
Hope this helps!!

Hi Skumar,

I wont recommend City Motors. I got my Maruti-800 serviced there 3 times. First service was just OK. Second and third was pathetic. I am considering to go for MotorCraft noida this time. Have read good reviews about them on this forum.

Good maruti service in Gurgaon, anyone?

Help! Can anyone recommend a Maruti service station in Gurgaon? I wish after reading the mails here that I could go to the Service Masters, but none of them are in Gurgaon. My Maruti Alto is due for its first service and I am really fretting about whom to take it to. Advice is welcome!

In Gurgaon, Apra is the best option.

Got my Swift's 3rd F/S done at Competent, but they are not at all professional in comparison with Apra.

2 years ago , i had my 95' model Carb. Esteem engine overhauled at Marketing Times Service center in Okhla estate. After a month, they delivered the car with a huge bill costing above 1 lakh. The car initially drove well, but after some time problems cropped up. We took our car to the preferred mechanic, and to our utter amazement he showed us that the engine head was old one and was the cause of all problems. The company cheated us by making us pay for a new engine head--part of the cost of an engine O/H-- and yet installing an old one!. We sold the car ,later on. My father swore ,never to buy Maruti product .

Point is, no matter which-ever Maruti Service center be your favorite one. The ground reality is, they're worth good only for car servicing and to an extent part(s) replacement. The moment you extend it to jobs, that require a lot of time to diagnose , to rectify or Cumbersome and time consuming jobs like O/H . You'll be dismayed, annoyed at thier hapzardly manner of doing jobs that require a lot of brain power and time--Unfortunately, neither of which the service technicians of service center's have-- and you'll curse yourself why you gave such a task to these people and dumped all that money.

Is Motorcraft @Noida Sector-1 still recommended for a good service ?

Do they allow customers to wait and watch while servicing the car ?
