They are the reason I let my City go. Absolutely pathetic service, never done on time, crazy charges. They even scratched and damaged my door (in front of me) and didn't even bother to offer a temporary car which took them a week to get it fixed.

I had always dreamt of owning a Honda, but their ridiculous charges and terrible service made it more of a nightmare.

If they were to ever leave India, I would blame it on the service more than anything else.
