Hilton Hyundai are cheats

This is for the general information of the forum.

Hilton Hyundai Trivandrum, owned by one Mr. Jose, are cheats. Please do not buy from them.

My family was in talks with them to exchange our older Santro and a Fiat 137D for a new Xing and a Verna.

Having agreed as to price and other matters, we now find that this company is willing to take our money without surety, but will not deliver the car on which we paid an advance.

Please do not buy from him.

Hilton Hyundai Trivandrum is a cheat.

I went for a second Santro coz of the A.S.S. and deals the Hilton's gave us.

Would even suggest to others and we do have others who bought cars from Hilton without any issues.

Maybe the sales person whom you dealt with did some malpractices.

I think second hand car buyers buy these car and they quote the price, not Hilton.

Hello there,

I am sad to hear about your bad experience.
I think you should give us a more detailed post with clear occurrences before you declare anyone a cheat.

One of my best buddies also bought a Santro from Hilton. I was with him during the delivery and during free services. Me too feel their customer interaction and service is quite satisfactory. Your experience seems to be a one off case.

Heard that they wanted the new cars in different names, ie, owners of new and old car would be different in RC book and hence wont get loyalty bonus.

Declaring anyone as cheat at the onset may not really be the best way to deal with things. Do mention all the aspects of the matter. Let members check things out on their own.

This is not to say that the dealer was above board in your case or even that they were in the wrong. Its for the members to decide (on whether they really wish to deal with this dealership in future). However we are definitely thankful to you for bringing this to the notice of the general car buying members of this community.

pillai np,you cannot make any such statements without even elaborating your expierience in whole.try to be more specific on the issue rather than makking comments out right.a new reader wont know what the issue is .i have taken 2 vehicles from there and no issues till now.i used to work there and dint have any issues.dont generalise your experience without checking who is at fault.customers can also be at fault.so please elaborate the issue in detail.

If you could provide the details, it would help both you and us. else this thread wont serve a purpose.

See this thread also. As steeroid said it seems options in trivandrum are limited.

I am posting this as I was told to me by a close contact at Hilton since the absence of the original poster will create confusion to others.

The seller had a old car which was quoted 1.9lac. Seller goes home and returns after a gap of 3 months and thus time he was quoted 1.75lac by the same second hand car dealer who deals cars for Hilton.

And the Popular issue also happened to the same guy.
