I'm also looking for good workshops in Trivandrum. Until now I was getting my Swift serviced from Cochin.

Maruthi S.S - I was most impressed with Hercules Service station, Vazhayila. Bit out of the way for most, but it is
  • clean and new
  • has got pickup and drop off facility for the cars to be serviced
  • good customer care lounge
  • you can use ram_hyundai's name to good advantage
  • plus usual Maruti S.S stuff

EDIT: Just saw that you wanted local workshops. Well, I still stand by the one above ...

My experience with color wheels

If they had felt so , they could have told me before they did it , and they painted the WHOLE ORVM instead of just the top half, despite me specifically telling them not to.

And on top of it I had to run around for this for two days. Gah this sucks.
It seems one of their biggest customers (Hint: Overpriced but reliable cars ) is also not too happy with their work, and got their own setup

The paint job I got from the new inhouse setup was miles ahead of the one I got from Color Wheels, even after three repaints.

Either they were getting shafted or their standards have dropped.

For me its the "Auto Engineers", Edapazhanji, Nr Vazhuthacaud.

Contact Name: Shaju
Mob: 9846022633
LL: 0471 - 2338282

In my opinion, they are the best in accident repairing,
The have remaked an Innova and Santro which are rejected by the Authorised dealers. They got a nice paint booth.

re: Calling Trivandrum BHPians for info on local workshops

Last year went to colourwheels for a minor dent fixing on the rear door. While they fixed the dent good, the paint quality was not upto the mark, they didn't finish it well. When touched there is a little roughness on the paint. Since its white its not easily detected during a casual look so i didnt bother.
