hey rohan just went through the thread, sorry to hear this man. Have the police filed a FIR against the service guy? and not the owner of the service center. Anyways you have got a written statement from the ***, right. do not give any signatures on the insurance clams.

just one question i have, what are these cars doing outside of the premises of the workshop. in bombay all cars just move around in the workshops since they are in hidden places so i dont see why they are taking cars for joy rides in the first place. its sad to hear what happened i hope you get your car soon since i know it took 3 months for my friend to get his car back which was involed in a shootout

Any updates to this case, its like 3 months now.

I feel very bad for the owner, we need to be very careful with the servce station after this incident.
