I agree with the service standards dropping at Prerana OMR, all good service advisors have quit and one or two good ones are overburdened, they had an issue with a service manager who was disliked by everyone including the staff, I had even brought this to the notice of senior people in Prerana and now they say that guy is no longer on their payroll.
But once a service centre loses it's good mechanics, the place is avoidable.
I have now switched over to Prerana Peenya, this place is much larger and better equipped and has some very experienced technicians.

Prerana service centre at OMR is closed. Looks like its taken over by someone else, I saw it over the weekend, but dont remember the name.
