No claims during the Covid-19 days, can insurance companies share the benefit with customers?

Ethically speaking the insurance companies must give discount by extending the insurance by atleast 45 days during which the lockdown was there and people were not able to drive/use their vehicles .But that is too much to expect in india .
The insurance companies have also saved on the MACT awards of compensation as the number if casualities in accidents got reduced by a large number for private vehicles during lockdown period.
