Re: RC card lost!! what to do? HELP!

Help please.
I have a pulsar 180 from 2k1.
My cousin managed to lose all the documents for the bike. Mainly RC. I do not have ANY copies of ANY documents of the bike.
It was registered in my elder brother's name, to an address which we have long moved out of.
Is there ANY WAY to get documentation for the bike to be able to ride it again?

Re: RC card lost!! what to do? HELP!

Sorry to open an old thread. I have a query on lost RC.
I had lost my car's RC couple of years back, so I had applied for a Duplicate RC and have received it. Please let me know if this will depreciate my car's value during a sale just because I have only a duplicate RC.

Motor vehicles depreciate with age & number of owners.

Since the number of owners hasn't changed, assuming you remain the 1st or 2nd owner as the case may be, the duplicate RC should be of no consequence.

Re: RC card lost!! what to do? HELP!

It seems that I have lost or misplaced my RC book for my 2005 Unicorn…:( Has anyone recently dealt with the RTO recently in this regard?
Most of the experience mentioned here are almost a decade old.
I am hoping that these kind of transactions are made simpler without going through agents.
