Re: Bharti Axa Car Insurance

I just got off the phone with the customer care of Bharati AXA. The person on the other end said this. I had no claim the previous year.

No matter what, 0% depreciation is a clause which has to be added every single year by the policy holder. It wont be offered by the company or followed up from the previous year.
I am not sure what it will be if there is a claim the previous year.
Probably the company will have the option to refuse 0% Depreciation. Any inputs much appreciated.

Re: Bharti Axa Car Insurance

I would recommend that if you choose to take your policy from Bharti AXA you should stay away from their website because it's broken, totally. I selected a 35% NCB and in the final policy I see 45%. Trying to "Send Email" my final policy results in an exception on the page. I can't retrieve the quote which I used to renew my policy. Basically, everything's broken.

Their Toll Free no. says they're open Mon-Sat 8-8 but when I called at 4PM on Sat they were closed.

I don't even know how much trouble I will be put through before modifying this NCB issue.

I should have stuck with BA. chaar paise ki kanjoose ne vaat laga di
