Forget security, it is a fast buck scheme. Fortunately for us, the guys who are making the fast buck now seem to have thrown a spanner in the works. Otherwise, they would have fleeced us even more.

Yesterday's TOI had a tender inviting bids for taking forward HSRP in Karnataka. Looks like KA is taking this seriously and hopefully will implement soon.
