Update - A tweet and a LinkedIn message (Inmail) to CEO of M2all got things moving. I booked 7D mats for Scorpio N on 17th Sep - they are yet to ship and wanted another 2 weeks to deliver. While they weren't accepting my cancellation request earlier, they now cancelled and processed my refund 100%.

You may try writing to their CEO - Kiran Prajapati (kiran dot Prajapati at m2all dot com). See if this works

Looks like the accessory sales are closed for good on the m2all website.

Also now the Dealers have a free hand in pricing the accessories. I see on average 20% markup compared to the prices which were mentioned.

The M2ALL site is officially closed now. No wonder if the genuine accessories prices shoots up by double at the dealer stores!! Well done Mahindra
