Current laws of the land are enough to stem out any such attempts of apartheid, if they are enforced correctly by local law enforcement.

That said, if these institutions have been set up as private clubs, then rights of admission may be restricted to members only.

Local authorities should be able to easily book this Hotel because it is Clear violation of Article 15(2).

Quote:

Article 15(2) : No citizen shall, on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them, be subject to any disability, liability, restriction or condition with regard to (a) access to shops, public restaurants, hotels and palaces of public entertainment; or (b) the use of wells, tanks, bathing ghats, roads and places of public resort maintained wholly or partly out of State funds or dedicated to the use of the general public

This isn't the first and only case, we had a Japanese restaurant in Ahmedabad which did the exact same thing.

Saw this Kia Grand Carnival the other day in Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.

The Innova Crysta in the frame gives an approximate idea about the Grand Carnival's grand dimensions.

As per Autocar India, Kia Motors will do the Kia SP2i Reveal on the 20th June. Here is the article from AutocarIndia:

Looks like a promising car and should also have the new gimmickry like "Connected car" which others like the Hyundai Venue and MG Hector are pushing.

I doubt though that they will announce the prices on that date as most manufacturers are now trying to test the market first with pre launch bookings and then announcing prices a month or so later basis the number of bookings that they are receiving!
But since Kia is aiming for almost 9-10K cars per month, they should price it aggressively and I expect it to be only slightly higher than the Hyundai Creta (5-8%), with a much more modern design, inside as well as outside.

Let's see what Kia has to offer to India!

Apartheid is quite a big word to use in this situation! I'm personally not offended that the Koreans wanna sit together and eat Korean food. That said, I don't know if there is such a big Korean population in & around the plant to generate the volume needed to successfully run that establishment.

Let the discussions get back the cars!!

As much as I love Kia cars, they need to really improve on fuel efficiency of their petrol cars. Most of the Kia and Hyundai petrol models are not very well known for their fuel efficiency here in US. With our market trend shifting towards petrol model, fuel efficiency will bite hard the customers in long run.

Spotted the upcoming Kia dealership in Sector-14, Gurugram.

After the NOIDA flagship this is the only another dealership spotted in NCR. No news of any dealerships in Delhi and other metros yet. So many dealerships were sighted for MG, months before the Hector was showcased. Looks like KIA is playing the 'The Premium brand' card with only limited touch points.

The Metro Ford Showroom on Palace Cross Rd, Bangalore is being converted to a KIA showroom. Renovation work currently going on and there is a 'KIA Coming Soon' board on.

That was one of Fords oldest dealerships. I guess the Mahindra dealership will serve as the Fords also

There is a valid reason for this. They do not want to offend anyone.

You are absolutely correct, but this is not apartheid, but respecting the local culture.

Eating habits of one community or race can be disgusting to others. Just like hardcore vegetarians hate non-vegetarians.

This is Off topic. So, better google it for yourself about eating habits of Koreans.

There is one coming up in MG Road as well, in the "Mall Mile". This particular stretch has showrooms of Honda, Ford, Hyundai, VW, KTM as well. Plus, MG is also coming up with it's showroom inside Metropolitan mall.

Is there a location of any existing/upcoming dealers in Delhi?
