Have you taken the delivery of new dzire? Please share some pictures and your delivery experience?

We took delivery of our white Dzire Zdi+ yesterday. It replaces a 2008 Swift Dzire Vdi.
Report will follow in a day or two. It's a June 2017 manufactured one as per VIN.

The next blockbuster(Dzire) is coming, will establish with sales numbers in coming months. Bookings cross 50,000!

His answers on NVH reduction due to pendulum engine mounting and on AMT were interesting read for me.

Are the headlamps too close to the front of the car ? Mostly they would have chopped the front to reduce the length.
The front grill reminds me of the Ambassador's !

Hi All,

Took delivery of my white Dzire vdi ags on Monday 19th June. As per the VIN it is a June manufactured vehicle and has reached Varun motors Hyderabad on the same day from factory.
Enquired about the steering column issue and got update that they have two effected vehicles which are used for test drive.

I would suggest potential buyers to steer away from white colours unless you have some strong personal reason, because soon many Uber and Ola around would start roaming in white Dzires, and you stand the risk of getting identified as a taxi.

Haven't yet seen one on road in Pune. Judging by the platform from Baleno, should be wider that current one.

In my case my father only prefers white so had to go with it, discussed this issue with Varun Motors and got an update that the previous model dzire will only be given to cabs with a kit factory fitted restricting their speed not more than 80 km.

Me too couldn't find raining of new Dzires. Till date - I was able to spot - new brown & blue colored at MY CAR - Bhumkar chowk. I found these colors to be somewhat dull - I may be wrong here as i saw cars from a distance when i was in cab.

One I found near Bavdhan - Cherry red color - was top end & DRLS were looking amazing from a distance.

I had booked Dzire a month back. The waiting period then was 4 weeks, but still the dealer is not able to tell me approx delivery date.

As per the dealer, he received only 2 Dzires to be delivered. He cited the reason for delay as GST rollout. MS is holding back the dispatches till the GST is rolled out. Prices for Dzire will increase.

Congratulations to both of you for your new cars!!clap: Wish you many happy miles ahead!!!

Would be grateful if you could let me know when you had made bookings. I had booked on 17th May and delivery is expected only mid-July as per the dealer. Just wanted to get a pulse of the delivery situation.

Our car was booked on 12th of April, and expected delivery was 2 months. Infact the car was in the yard on June 18th (2 months and 6 days)
Early booking done when we saw the test mules on teambhp.
Was promised the first delivery as ours was the only booking for ZDI at that time.
Probably the first ZDI+ in town :)

Surprised to see this yesterday clap:

Hey SpoiledBratt

Delivery experience was nothing extra ordinary or bad. It was just about 4 hrs of waiting time . Actually we bought a ciaz in 2016 from the same showroom so kind of similar one.

Here are some pictures. And that ciaz standing next to her is the one we bought last year

This morning, I saw the first Dzire taxi in Bangalore.

I think that even taxi operators see more value in the new Dzire than the old. In Bangalore, I think that almost half of Dzires on the road are taxis. Especially since Uber and Ola became popular.

Heard from a friend that the waiting period for Zxi variant is 8 to 10 weeks in Bangalore.
By the way, do we have the Team-BHP official review coming out soon?
