Hi all,
I need your help regarding these Honda Pro Care maintenance packages. Please tell me, do I have to buy them while buying a new car itself or I should wait for the first service?
Lastly is it worth to opt for these maintenance packages of Honda?

At the time of launch, this package could be bought anytime before the 2nd free service i.e. at 6 months from purchase/10000 kms whichever earlier. Don't know if there were any changes to this time period over the last year.

There is a lot of uncertainty regarding these packages at the service centers. Me and my friends were looking forward on buying them for our new 2017 Citys, but the service center did not have a clue on what these service packages were. So, have a talk with someone at the dealership first and check if they are offering this or not. Please read this thread from the start to get a better understanding.

An AMC is anytime worth buying, it reduces the service cost as the labour costs are discounted to nearly 50% and also includes a lot of freebies like interior and exterior polishings, PUC, breakdown assistance, free pick up & drop etc. This, I'm talking about the dealer's own AMC and not this Pro-Care package of Honda. The price of such AMCs is however double of the Pro-Care package at 25000 rupees for 2 years/4 services.

These are the service intervals of all Honda cars. Look at the inconsistent intervals and warranty across models.

If mobilio and BR-V are basically the same cars, I wonder what makes BR-V get a 12 month interval while mobilio required 6 months.
