What is Automatic sunroof? ( opens automatically when sun is there? These marketing jargons, i tell you ) Or do they mean electric sunroof?

TPMS is useful and maybe front parking sensors for huge cars like hexa and harrier. Rest are a bit gimmicky for my liking.

Not sure how much this will affect the sales but a good move by Tata to make the customers happy. In the developed nations, the customers get the option to "build" their car. They can choose from various options to make a car with the features they like. But in India, we just get variants that the manufacturers have designed. We end up paying for cosmetic features that we don't care about if we want to get the best safety features.

By giving this "pro" package, what Tata is essentially doing is to give customers an option to pay for these cosmetic features if we want to without making us compulsorily pay for them if we decide to buy the top variant for other useful/safety features.

A step in the right direction. Hopefully, other manufacturers will start following this and the customers will be able to buy cars with their individual preferences of features.

Can someone explain to this out of the loop, old man why sunroofs are so popular now. I think some years ago the common consensus was that they're useless and gimmicky, not the make or break factor they are now.

Definitely good move, rather than adding more optional variants and increasing price for manufacturing price, giving as pack is definitely saving money. Definitely helps for people who does not want gizmos and want to stick to performance and safety variant.


Only glitch would be the after factory fitment, if TATA could get it clean with quality, it would be good
