| ![]() Is it possible to retrofit the newly updated bumper to the older IGNIS (2018 model)? I am not yet able to digest its looks even after 2 years of ownership. ![]() - Debarshi Sharma Last edited by DebarshiSharma : 14th February 2020 at 11:31. |

This is also one of the cars I felt the AMT(AGS) is uncharacteristically smooth, thanks to the superbly refined 1.2 L mill. With the mild makeover and the inevitable BS6 compliance in place, Maruti sure would be looking at the sales charts continuing to stay ignited. | ![]() I actually have a neutral feeling towards this face lift. The car doesn't look worse if not better. That nose is probably going to be the standard design for all SUVs from the stable. Quote:

| ![]() While I like the ugly rear bumper being redesigned and the addition of a spoiler, I much prefer the grille of the outgoing model. Would a swap be a feasible idea between the old and new grille? |

| ![]() If the clips and all are similar ,then it would be possible, however I don't think that would be the case. I also like the new bumper, but wouldn't bother to change it at this point in time, for it doesn't provide any further utility. |

| ![]() I checked the car yesterday at a dealer when it was launched. It actually looks nice in person. The white Ignis was especially looking good compared to other colours. |

BANNED | ![]() I test rode the BS4 Ignis last year and felt the AMT response was decent enough and the small car appeal is good with reasonable space. But the only grouse was the stupid looking rear bumper, alas now they fixed that but screwed up the front which was really good to start with. For a car of this size I think the roof rails spoil the overall looks, trying to force it to look something it is not. If we can get aftermarket part to get rid of that toothy front, then it should be a nice car but again the price is something they should have brought down with more baser models available, this is almost in swift territory price wise. |

| ![]() Does this car only come with 4 colour options now? It is funny how last year when we went car shopping for a relative the Nexa guys gave us an old brochure with atleast 6 colors plus another 4 dual tone options listed on it. Yet when we enquired, the sales guy told us that the other colours have all been discontinued and we only had 3 or 4 colours to choose from. I guess the relative lack of demand forced them to cut down paint choices. Is it still just 4? |

| ![]() The official nexa website of new Ignis shows 6 single tone colour options, including a new lucent orange and turqouise blue colour. There is an additional three dual tone options shown, orange with black and nexa blue with black/silver roof. Don't know why your dealership said differently. |
