Audi offering complimentary service to frontline Doctors

Doctors who own an Audi can now get complimentary service and sanitization during their next scheduled service.

Audi India is offering complimentary scheduled service which covers engine oil, oil filter, dust and pollen filter, air filter and related labour costs, along with free sanitization of the vehicle to doctors as a token of gratitude for their service during the pandemic. This offer is valid from July 2021 to May 2022 for all doctors who are existing Audi customers.

Audi had launched a similar initiative last year. The carmaker offered complimentary disinfection / cleaning of the interiors, exteriors and general check-up of cars to all frontline workers who were Audi customers. Customers were also offered pick-up and drop in a courtesy car.

Nice gesture, especially when doctors are working full time and have no time to take a break. Seems like the luxury car makers are all getting into this. Remember the similar one by BMW :

The timing is spot on with Doctors day having being celebrated recently. Will have to look forward what the third rival luxury brand is going to offer

Ah this is very interesting. Dad's been put off by Audi service for a while now, so if they do this well, could go some way towards mending bridges there. I'll have to pass this on to my parents.
