ICE setup in my Zen

Hi Guys,
Need some advice on the ICE setup i have in my Zen.

Setup

Head Unit - Pioneer 6950IB
Front speakers - 607C
Back speakers - GTO 937
JBL GTO 60, 4 channel Amp (Driving the Sub and rear speakers)
Pioneer Baby Amp 4 channel(Driving the front speakers, forgot the model)
Boss Wiring Kits

Initially when i had a single amp, Bass was a little on the higher side and vocal was low. Even after tuning, i could not get the vocal part increased, which gave me a good reason to buy a 2nd hand Pioneer baby Amp to drive the front speakers, which actually improved my vocal part(Not considerably).

Questions i have is,
  1. How is the Pioneer baby amp performance? do i have chuck it and go for a new one?
  2. Will fixing component and tweeter setup make a difference in vocal and Bass part?
  3. Anything else i can add to have a better performance.
Cheers

Well, since you already purchased the amp, I suggest you connect the JBL 60.4 to front components and the sub.

Use the other amp to power the rear 6x9s

Get the amp tuned by a professional installer.
