Cars of future - let your imagination begin!!

Thought of giving some work to our predictions/imagination.

What will be position in indian market by 2030?
  1. Base price for all segments would increase by 2L upto even 20L.
  2. Suzuki would have 75% stake with MUL. Fiat will have its separate outlets for dealer/service, no tie up with TATA. All foreign car manufacturers will open their outlets w/o tie up with any local companies.
  3. A segment will be 1L cars (3L by then?). They will have tubeless tyres, leather seats, etc as standard.
  4. B segment will be M2000 starting 4L. auto climate control, RPM meter, optional ABS/Airbags, 1.3L Engine.
  5. B+ will have full competition between MUL, Hyundai, Honda, GM, Ford, VW, Nissan, etc - all would have their small cars with auto climate control, ABS/Airbags, stereo in built, 1.5L engine at least, starting price 6L.
  6. Entry C segment will start with 8L, New NHC++, SX7(?), Fordorodo (2nd generation from Fiesta), Verna Prime Zoom, all would come down to this segment, automatic & manual versions in all, 1.8L engine, 200 Bhp 6MT in all cars, ABS/EBD/front Airbags standard, optional Airbags for rear passengers, etc.
  7. C segment will start with 12L. 2.2L engine 240 Bhp 7MT. Civicoso, Octoberra, Beta Sporte (2nd gen Cedia), etc are models. 4X Pro safety system, whatever possible braking techniques today (ABS/EBD/Brake assist/etc) available in high end cars today are there, dual stereo for front and rear, optional DVD systems, what else you need ?
  8. D segment will start with 16L. 2.6L engine 300 Bhp AT. Susukano, Forte, Huduva, Prestigo, etc are models. During major accidents, built-in parachute will just lift the car in air upto 10 kms from earth based on severity (replacing need for airbags) - this aids in heavy traffic also, no manual versions available, face/voice/thumb recognition & fully keyless operations, etc.
  9. SUV segment varies from 11L upto 40L. 3L to 5L (?) engine, 320 Bhp upto even 450 Bhp 8MT. Automatic version is fully auto, no gears at all - system understands intention of driver and moves car accordingly. 18" wheel, yet stable. These will give mileage 20 kmpl but petrol price would be 100 bucks per lr.
Now kick off your imagination, folks!

May be we would be using alternate fuel... Hybrid cars, air cell cars... N then by 2030, I guess if still petrol exists, its cost would be so high that, we would prefer local public transport...

2030 - With no roads left, people are no longer using cars but light personal aircrafts.

I just see:

1. A blanket ban on personal vehicles entering all central areas of a city.

2. A steep compounded tax structure to discourage ownership of cars/bikes.

3. Perhaps an "environment tax" on all petroleum driven vehicles .

4. Time rationing for usage of personal vehicles - due to the severely degraded environment then.

Once again to clarify, this is what I see potentially by 2030 - not what I want to see.
