Looks ok to me. But 4 Crores is way too much to ask for this. Hope DC has got his numbers right.

By continueing this discussion today with nearly 3000 users online, we are simply wasting precious TBHP server resources and bandwidth. just my two cents.

Exactly. I see absolutely no resemblance to the Ambassador, the rear 3/4th looks too much like the previous gen Audi TT.
This is plain rubbish, but hey it's DC, so it's not unexpected from him.

It looks yuck.I think DC is got a wrong figure.

I wonder what the base car is,

BMW v12 could mean the base car is a 760li which is around 1.3 crores straight away. Cant wait for some pics to come through from the autoexpo

IF DC wanted 4cr for this car he should have never mentioned the word Ambassador anywhere in the press release.

I think DC himself knows that he won't get many (if any...) sales. Cars or rather prototypes like these are essentially demonstration of capabilities and creativity, and one tends to go extreme in power, looks, detailing and also price to grab all the attention. What is left unspoken and is understood is that the design house also has ability to make more "practical" stuff.

A common feature at most larger auto shows.

Dude Supersyn what are you smoking man.......this is supposed to be a production car so its not a "prototype" nor is it a concept. No one puts an asking price on a concept either, so its not a technology demonstrator.

And practical? What the hell....with that ground clearance? DC should have just shown the car and let it speak for itself (naturally, it would have said "I make no sense at all").

Surely that much money would buy almost any car in the world?

Make mine a Bentley, please ;)

and any info about his sports coupe????????? i think hes launching it for about 25 lakhs.......

are you serious? is the car really worth Rs.4 cr? this man won't stop at anything. he had earlier claimed that he had spent Rs.2 cr to make the DC Tarzan which was based on the MR2.
