One very surprising thing is that these are really well kept and Im yet to see one with a dent or peeled paint.
The ones given to chennai cops are put to good use for a lot of patrol n patrol related activities

Atleast a bunch of these cars were damaged.
One being bashed in the cops chasing a lancer on beach road.Other a tree fellow on the car and in another case it was affected by flood.
I have noticed that most of these accents are maintained by the small mechanics in the local jurisdiction or given to people near pudupet or some mechanics in vadapalani.

A lot of IAS officers are given NHC and judges use Altis.

Lot of the ministers use the Innova V or safari.
I would like to see a day when babu's prefer using CRV's or the likes.
How about the BMW X 1 for a start?
